Delete your account, completely.

Deleting your account permanently removes, right away:

• Every plant record, care log entry, note, tag, and photo reference stored under your account
• Your settings, including your home weather location
• The reduced-size cover photo copies uploaded for your plants. Deletion removes the copy each plant record names; in the rare case an interrupted upload left an extra copy behind, that copy can remain, private and readable by no one.
• Your sign-in account itself, so Glasshouse no longer knows who you are

If you signed in with Apple, deletion also asks Apple to revoke Glasshouse's sign-in permission for your Apple ID. If that revocation cannot be completed at the time, your deletion still goes through, and you can revoke it yourself in your device's Settings, under Apple ID, Sign-In & Security.

The photos in your photo library. Glasshouse links to your photos rather than owning them, and it cannot delete them by construction. After your account is gone, every photo you ever linked is still exactly where it always was, in your library.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no grace period, no soft delete, and no way for us to restore your records afterwards. If you want to keep your collection data, export it first: the app can export your records as a CSV file from Settings, and that file is yours to keep.

You do not need the app installed to delete your account. The web app carries the same flow:
